Prices:

Prices for offered courses are shown while excluding the Value Added Tax (VAT). Delegates have to pay the VAT regardless of their country of origin; VAT will need for the place of the course. The prices we offer do not include any sort of traveling expenses, accommodation, or staying expenses. The delegates can spend on those expenses if they wish while attending except the delegates have pre-booked those expenses with our training management. We accept all the major credit and debit cards including American Express. If There is Purchase Order is arranged the payer must include the purchase order number, Full Invoice amount, dates of scheduled course for the booked course, and contact details for invoicing. If the payer is adding two courses into the cart at the same time, full payment for all the courses is required including VAT upon confirmation before the first course starts. In this situation, the invoice will be payable in full. We can hold the examination and certifications until the pending payments are cleared up. Cancellations include the administration fees and it will be deducted upon invoice. The delegates need to adhere to the terms and conditions by thehubofknowledge, Even if a booking form has been signed and all payments have been made either by depositing, bank transfer, by the phone or by thehubofknowledge official website by the following methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, American Express.

Purchase Order/ identification number:

In the case of Purchase Order, no need for any other Validation such as bookings forms need not be signed. Purchase order redeems as a legal offer to encourage buying products and services. The Purchase Order is still bound by the Cancellation and Re-Booking policies set out in this document.

Cancellation of website orders:

The Orders that are placed via our Company's Website are non-cancellable and non-refundable as well.

Cancellations non-website orders:

The Payer needs to send a written letter for Cancellation between 20 working days before the course takes place. The Address to write a Cancellation letter is 99, New baba Budha Ji Nagar, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar. The fees would be Fully Refunded if the payer makes cancellation in between 0-20 working days before the course starts. In a case, if the payer decides to cancel the course booking for more than 20 working days, The Payer would be obliged to pay GBP 390 + VAT per delegate upon cancellation. If the payer makes the Cancellation after 20 working days before the course starts for courses such as Lean/Six Sigma & PMP®, The payer will be obliged to pay GBP 690 + VAT. The courses priced less than GBP 200 would incur a 100% canceling cost.

Re-scheduling courses or exams:

The payer can make desired changes for scheduled dates for the respective courses within 20 working days before the course starts.
If the payer wants to reschedule within the 20 working days before the course takes place. the payer will be obliged to pay for rescheduling fees GBP 290 plus VAT (for a single change). The payer required to pay rescheduling fees immediately after confirmation of rescheduled dates. For Particular courses such as Agile & PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, The payer would be charged GBP 690+ VAT to make changes in scheduled dates.

Refunds:

If the payer chooses to cancel the course and request a refund with thehubofknowledge. The refund would be initiated and processed in between 30 working days. A refund can only be processed to the same payment option that was chosen to make payment to book respective courses. The surcharge fees are non-refundable whether the payment was made by credit cards or by any other option. The payer required to pay the payment immediately
after the confirmation of the booked course and thehubofknowledge holds the right to make modifications in prices at any time with the payer's discretion. The payer is obliged to follow terms and conditions by The thehubofknowledge. The currency used for refund is pound sterling(GBP). However, cancellation and pre-course fees may be deducted and exchange rates and bank charges may also apply for global refund transactions. Course examination vouchers are non-refundable. This involves purchased courses in which changes were taken place as well.

Postponing of Practitioner Examinations::

We acknowledge that the delegate may want to move the exam dates for personal reasons; However, the delegates will be eligible for paying rescheduling exam fees of GBP 290 + VAT and must reschedule the exam dates within 20 working days before 1st day of course date begins. We do not allow rescheduling in the case of Foundation exams. Delegates must inform thehubofknowledge of the deferral within 24hours of the scheduled date and time.

Changes to Courses::

thehubofknowledge holds all the rights to make any necessary changes to any part of the published courses; thehubofknowledge will also inform the customer about those changes held in published courses and THK also holds the right to cancel and reschedule after the advice from the respective customer. Although thehubofknowledge avoids such changes. Courses that are rescheduled due to unforeseen conditions such as unfilled course seats/ trainer medical illness etc. in those certain circumstances thehubofknowledge will provide various options such as free training programme, virtual training programme and e-learning course materials to help the customer have better learning experience to complete their training programme. We all are humans and the typing error could occur in the details of our courses by mistake. the error could be involved in departments such as prices, sales administrative of literature, documents of administration, Invoices, course materials, or any other documents and THK shall be correcting them responsibly. the date and location would be suggested to the customer after booking confirmation and customer can choose and set the suitable date and location for them. THK will not be liable for expenses that were considered while making changes to the programme or venue. we will make sure your accommodation is at the same place where the training will be taking place while attending a residential training programme. we will book your hotel within walking distance in case the accommodation was not possible for the same venue.

Course Materials:

If for any reason (including but not limited to transit delays beyond the control of MSP) courseware does not arrive on time for the course we will commit to replacing it at the earliest opportunity and make the best endeavors to make temporary materials accessible as required to continue the learning programme. Refunds will not be granted for transit-related delays beyond the control of MSP.

Non-Attendance:

If the customer does not attend the classroom without any further notice, the course will be confirmed as cancelled and payment would be due in full.

Course Requirements:

It will be clients' responsibility to understand that they can follow through with provided guidelines, outlines for the respective course. Our employees may suggest you popular courses with customer's requirements and have better learning solutions, However, it's all up to the customer's to follow through with provided details for courses on our website and go forward wisely. We recommend you the courses based upon the statistics and research done in the current field of interest. All types of courses are delivered in English and customers must have the knowledge to understand the English language before attending the class. If the customer has any other additional requirements they can contact our sales team and extra cost may be charged based upon the nature of requirement.

Admission:

We don't allow anyone to get into class without any further notice, paperwork, and pre-bookings. if anyone decides to do it, further legal actions will be taken against them.

Booking for someone:

It's Payer's responsibility to bring terms and conditions to the delegates. the payer should allow his delegates to understand all the relevant information such as terms and conditions, joining instructions, eligibility criteria, and published prerequisite requirements.

Onsite Training:

The customer is responsible to provide necessary requirements, facilities, and equipment including flipchart/whiteboard, Projector and Projector screen, Refreshment facilities. THK holds the right to cancel the course if trainer complaints that standard requirements weren't met at the location of training.

Expenses of Trainer::

Trainer expenses for private, onsite, or closed courses will be charged as agreed at the time of the course booking, as stated on the Training Booking Agreement.

Course Materials shipping::

Due to any delay during the transit-time or if course material does not reach its destination to
it's expected time. either we will make sure its reached at expected time or we will provide the alternative options
such as the online format of course material accessible to complete the learning proramme and the customer will not be eligible
for refunds because of transit-related delays are not under the control of THK.

Copyrights:

THK reserves all the intellectual property rights for all the course materials. The client should not reproduce, sell, lend, hire a copy of course materials. The Client can use course material only for personal use. THK doesn't allow any copyrighted material in our coursewares without having consent with legal permissions.

Warranty & Liability:

THK liability for any loss and damage based on the claim for damages. The maximum liability charges would be cost of course out of which the damage or loss has occurred. THK does not accept liability for personal injury or even death. THK is not liable for accidental, unusual in resulting loss, somehow arisen. THK will not be accountable for any loss resulting from computer viruses sent from unusual software installed on customer's computer systems.

Limited attendance of Course or Multiple Booked Courses::

If the client has booked multiple courses and does not attend one course completely. the client will not be
eligible for any refund requested and the status, of course, will be entitled as non-attendance.

Personal Belongings:

It is the delegates' responsibility to take care of their personal belongings and items that are brought by the delegates on training courses. THK will not accountable for any items lost or damaged while attending the course.

E-Learning/Online Learning:

Fair Usage Policy applies to access to contemplate materials. Course enrolment, charges, and logon certifications are carefully non-transferable and non-refundable. reason and permission of MD of THK.

Deviation:

The customer is not allowed to deviate terms and conditions without the written permission for the MD of THK. Verbal communication with THK employees will not override our terms and conditions. if someone unwillingly put through wrong information regardless terms and conditions of contract and other conditions will be intact fully affective.

Force Majeure:

THK will not be break contract as it is in an agreement between our customer if the administrative arrangements are postponed or dropped or decreased through natural or unnatural causes not limited to, fire, tremor, storm, flood, or any other catastrophic event, affliction, attack, war, unfamiliar foes, threats( whether or not war is proclaimed). Resistance, upheaval, insurgence, military or unnecessary force or appropriate, militance exercise, nationalization, the government authorizes, blockage, ban work debate, strike, lockdown or interference or disappointment of power or telephone utility. The delegate must ensure that they can go to the instructional classes which they have booked to join.
