PRINCE2® Foundation

PRINCE2® Foundation is a three-day training program that is tailored to offer Candidates the skill and knowledge that is required to increase an extensive understanding of PRINCE2® processes and methodologies. The course incorporates the basic fundamentals constituents of PRINCE2® processes including subjects, cycles, and propositions. This course is an essential course for attending the PRINCE2® Practitioner training class. During the Instructional Training program, the candidates will have the option to understand the PRINCE2® strategies and methods. the candidates will have the proficiency to work successfully with project environment that supports PRINCE2® methodologies.

PRINCE2® Foundation training program allows candidates to perform standard reviews of progress with respect to project scope management and business case.
