Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Upgrade

The organization during production may have certain processes in the production line, which may seem redundant at certain stages. Our lecturers are about Lean Six Sigma professionals. It is necessary to eliminate such wasteful processes from the project environment because unnecessary processes can cause delays in the production line.
