Since its introduction,  Lean Six Sigma has helped reduce waste and increase the productivity of the organization. PREREQUISITES

Although not mandatory, candidates who want to participate in the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course must hold a yellow belt certificate. This is a good thing for candidates because they can clearly understand the concept of the yellow belt and thus better understanding the concepts of the green belt. Candidates who do not understand the concepts of Lean Six Sigma can also take this course, but the course will start with the Alpha of the concepts of Lean Six Sigma

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Obtain yellow belt certification, and then register for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
 
Sign up for the "Green Belt Certification", the training will start with the yellow belt concept and will only end after teaching all the concepts of green belt training.
 
The Green Belt method uses DMAIC (acronym for Definition, Measurement, Analysis, Improvement and Control) to improve the current processes currently used in the production line. The figure below shows the five stages of the DMAIC method
